Mark's Review: One of the more challenging tasks in striking out
in the restaurant industry is to take the concept of the sandwich shop and make it appealing to the masses. Let's face it - most people eat enough sandwiches at home that the last thing they want to eat when they are "out on the town" is a sandwich.
Well, conventional thinking is out the door if you've been to this
sandwich shop. What differentiates Texadelphia from the Subways and Schlotsky's of this world is the atmosphere. A fully stocked bar, a dozen or so televisions tuned to every imaginable sporting event, video games, and a friendly, competent waitstaff combine to create a sandwich experience like no other. I highly recommend the Smoked Turkey and the Italian Sub sandwiches.
Trey's Review: Texadelphia has the unique distinction of being a
great place to watch a ball game and also having the best Texas Cheese Steak Sandwich in town. My favorite is the Chicken Cheese Steak sandwich with either the picante or the mustard sauce. With numerous televisions tuned to different sports channels, it is a great place to get a beer and watch a ballgame. The queso and chips make for a great snack during a game. The grilled chicken is also very good.
So go and enjoy a meal at Texadelphia, and tell them
Trey and Mark sent you!
